- Is the DC adapter plugged in correctly?
- If not, plug the DC adapter into the power outlet correctly.
- Is the Mist-maker, Fan, Ultrasonic engine, and USB cable installed correctly?
- If not, please double check the manual to see if these parts are installed correctly. Refer to page 8 ~ 10.
- Is the power cable plugged into the Touch Station?
- Please check to see if the USB port is plugged all the way into the Touch Station.
