Deep Cleaning Made Possible: Our humidifier allows you to disassemble and wash every part that comes into contact with water and steam, including the ultrasonic vibrating engine (humidifying engine), offering a level of cleanliness beyond just the water tank. With the ability to use any clean water, including tap, bottled, or filtered, our latest digital sensor technology ensures your humidifier operates safely.

Step-by-Step Cleaning Process

  1. Power Off: Always unplug the humidifier before you begin cleaning.

  2. Disassemble and Wash: Remove all parts and clean them with a gentle sponge and a mild detergent or baby bottle cleaner to create a lather and wash away any dirt. Be gentle with the surface of the UV humidifying engine and remember to cover the port with a cap when cleaning.

  3. Drying: After cleaning, make sure all parts are completely dry before you reassemble and use the humidifier.

Key Cleaning Precautions

  1. Gentle on Surfaces: Use a soft cloth or sponge to clean the stainless steel water tank to avoid scratches that could lead to damage.

  2. Care for the Humidifying Engine: Avoid using hard brushes on the UV humidifying engine, as this can scratch and damage the surface, potentially reducing humidification effectiveness or causing it not to work at all. Do not use harsh chemicals like alcohol, acetone, citric acid, baking soda, or vinegar. Ensure the USB port cap is in place when cleaning the engine.

  3. Natural Discoloration: Changes in the color of the stainless steel tank due to UV LED are normal and not a defect. Rainbow-like stains, yellow spots, white dots, or metallic specks may appear but are simply unique characteristics of stainless steel and do not affect performance. If necessary, clean the tank with hot water and diluted vinegar or citric acid, let it sit, then rinse with a neutral detergent.

Always cover the USB port on the UV humidifying engine during cleaning.

Non-Washable Components

  • Station

  • Adapter

  • Magnetic connectors at the end of the UV humidifying engine

Ensure these parts do not come into contact with water during cleaning.

Important Notice: If the humidifier malfunctions due to improper cleaning, even within the warranty period, the customer will need to purchase replacement parts. Please clean with care.

By following these guidelines, you can enjoy the benefits of your humidifier without worry, ensuring a clean and healthy environment in your home.
