I want to return my humidifier/air purifier/diffuser/or any other Miro appliances.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to qualify for a return, the product you wish to return must be in an identical condition to when you received it - not worn or used, still tagged, and within its initial packaging. It is crucial that you retain and provide your receipt or a valid proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining your own return labels for shipping the product back to us. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mirohome.com OR chat us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Miro America Inc, 700 Penhorn Ave, Unit 1, Secaucus, NJ 07094. We do not accept returns if you just simply send back the products. Please ensure that you initiate the return process by talking to us first.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all the part orders, gif cards, and refurbished products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
