You had a change of mind and you wish to cancel your order. We completely understand.

In order for us to cancel your order, your request must be submitted within 8 hours of putting in your order. After that timeframe, your cancellation cannot be processed. It will then have to be considered as a return.

In order to submit an order cancellation, please use the chat module on our website and simply tell us your order number and that you wish to cancel the order. We will check the time the chat was submitted and cancel before it ships out.
